please i need your help, the status of my refund at the irs website says your refund is still being processed your refund will be available at a later date, what does this mean?

please help me now, i need to get my money back to pay for my rent or else i am going to get kick out. its been two months now since i submitted my taxes to the irs, my cousin already got her refund.

i dont think its fair that other people get refunds when others have submitted before them. it should be first come, first serve don't you think so?
