i recently had to contact the irs because of some taxes issues that i have. you see, i was waiting for my refund check to arrive at my house and then i moved, so i think they sent to my old location and the person there says they did not received anything on my name, which i think they are lying but ofcourse i cannot prove that.

so i've been calling the IRS for days now and all i get is a recording, i want to speak to a live person at the IRS to help me with my taxes or at least answer my question.

can you please tell me how to contact the IRS and get a real person, not a machine.
